Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all design, branding, consulting, and other creative services provided by Nuri.

By purchasing a service or beginning a project with Nuri, you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy.

Nuri provides custom creative work. The scope of each project is what we agree with you before work begins.

Work that falls outside the agreed project direction may be treated as a new request and quoted separately.

You are responsible for providing the information, files, feedback, and approvals needed to complete the project.

If those materials are delayed, incomplete, or not provided, Nuri is not responsible for resulting delays, and payment remains due under these terms and the Refund Policy.

All Nuri projects include unlimited revisions.

Revisions are included at no additional cost and continue throughout the active project, as long as they stay within the agreed-upon project direction.

Payment is due as agreed before or at the start of the project, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project, excluding unused concepts, working files, and tools Nuri uses to produce the work.

Nuri may show completed work in its portfolio, website, and social channels unless you ask us not to before the project is finished.

Nuri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid Nuri for that project.

Nuri may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to projects started after the update.
