Refund Policy

All payments made to Nuri for design, branding, consulting, or other creative services are non-refundable once work has begun.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that Nuri begins allocating time and resources toward your project.

If you request to cancel your order before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund.

Once work has commenced, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for completed or substantially completed projects.

This includes situations where:

• You change your mind about the project.
• You no longer need the service.
• You fail to provide the necessary information or materials required to complete the project.
• You stop responding during the project.

All Nuri projects include unlimited revisions.

Clients may request revisions as many times as reasonably necessary to refine the work toward the agreed-upon project direction.

Revisions are included at no additional cost and will continue throughout the active project until the client is satisfied with the final result.

If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, feedback, files, or approvals in a timely manner, Nuri is not responsible for resulting delays.

We ask that you contact admin@nuristudio.us before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal so we can investigate duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical failures quickly.

This request does not waive or restrict any statutory right to contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, consumer-protection authority, or regulator. Do not delay beyond a deadline imposed by those parties or applicable law while awaiting our response.

Nuri may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances.

Any exception to this policy does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
